About
Fanlisting?
"A fanlisting is a place for all fans of a particular show, movie, actor, actress, singer, etc. to come together and build the biggest listing of people from all around the world who are fans of that subject."
That is the definition of a fanlisting as it says
on thefanlistings.org
- the "headquarters" for all fanlisting.

information please visit their site.
This fanlisting is (obviously) dedicated to the dog breed Saluki.
The Saluki
The Saluki is a breed of dog that is a member of the
sighthound family, that is, hounds that hunt by sight rather than
scent.
This is one of the oldest dog breeds known, and originally came
from the Middle East, where it was used (and is still used to some
extent) by the Bedouins for hunting hare and gazelle.
They may appear reserved and uninterested. They learn quickly but
can get bored with repetition, so training sessions should be short
and varied. Salukis need regular exercise, but behave quietly indoors.
Salukis are healthy dogs and have a fairly long life span, living
an average of 12-13 years.
Allah's Gift
This breed, the royal dog of Egypt, is thought by the Muslims as
a sacred gift of Allah. A saluki could never be sold - they could
only be given as a gift of friendship or homage.
So the name of this fanlisting makes sense after all ;)
Salukis with a patch of white in the middle of the forehead are
thought by Bedouin tribes to have "the kiss of Allah"
and are regarded as special.
